1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all orders:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $8.95 per order.
This flat rate applies regardless of the number of items in your order or your location within our shipping zones.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
For orders shipped within the United States, we use reliable carriers such as USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days after processing.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier service.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders are typically shipped via USPS International or other reputable international carriers.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10-25 business days after processing.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order. Flax Pants is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Flax Pants is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, international postal services).
- Inclement weather conditions.
- Customs clearance procedures for international shipments.
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events.
We will do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues with the carrier.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) addresses. Please note that these orders can only be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@flaxpants.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the damage to the package and its contents. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
